ALU Mural Painting
African Leadership University (ALU) in Rwanda, a leading institution in Africa, entrusted MASHA with a mural-making project that showcases Afro-Futurism and African civilization. MASHA, renowned for its expertise in creating impactful murals, completed five notable works for ALU. These include: 1. Mama Africa, featuring Lakaz d’Art, celebrating the essence of African heritage in Afro futurism. 2. Mothers of Africa, highlighting the roots of knowledge, with contributions from KWAME KNORVIXOXO and KEVIN RUGAMBA. 3. Heroes of Africa, honoring significant figures and their contributions. 4. African Architecture Civilization, depicting the rich architectural history of the continent. 5. Another Afro-Futurism mural, also featuring Lakaz d’Art from Mauritius, envisioning a futuristic perspective of African culture. These murals reflect MASHA's dedication to celebrating and exploring Africa’s cultural and historical narratives through art.
Kepler College Mural Painting
Kepler is one of the leading universities in Rwanda, and since 2013, it has been making sure that their graduates are all aligned with their values. Musanze Arts Studio Hub Adventure (MASHA), also reflected on these values to create amazing Murals, that not only made the campus look beautiful, but also made students to reflect again on their values, and hence focus on making their dreams come into reality. We have made 7 Murals. The first mural is called black is beautiful, second is dreamer, third is I am a man, fourth, Afro-Present, fifth, Afro-Futurism, sixth, Let’s share bread together, and the seventh is The story of a journey of learning.
