you will own the art, but you will not own the copyright to it unless the artist has specifically transferred the copyright to you. The artist always retains the copyright. Reproduction of  artwork is not permitted. 

 

No image may be duplicated in any way at all without the express composed authorization of the artist. Copyright and Licensing requests

 

All artworks on this site remain under the copyright of Musanze Arts Studio Hub Adventure (MASHA) Ltd. under the protection of Copyright Law of Rwanda. 

 

How long does shipping take?? 

 

An original painting, if available in stock, takes two days in Rwanda and 15 to 30 days to reach the buyer outside of Rwanda. However, it can take a short or a long time, depending on the location. We hope to decrease this period by always looking for better and safer alternatives. 

 

DHL takes from 10 to 15 working days, depending upon your location. To the USA – about 10 days, to Europe – about 10 days, to Canada  – about 15 days, to Asia. Please contact MASHA via the CONTACT PAGE if you would like specific shipping times. 

 

How do you package paintings and prints? 

 

Original paintings and prints are sent, rolled in a tube. However, if the buyer wants paintings or prints framed, an additional cost will be added for it increases the weights when being dispatched to a specific location. Please contact MASHA via the CONTACT PAGE to know how much our partnering shipping company would charge. 

 

Is there a handling fee?

 

Handling and packaging are billed together into the price of piece. 

 

Will my package be insured? 

 

Yes. Insurance is included within the price of all paintings and prints. However, in case there are uncertain events like damage/theft of either paintings or prints when in transit, a refund or full replacement of paintings/prints is given to the buyer. 

 

Will I have to pay taxes or duties? 

 

Some countries impose the tax while others do not. Moreover, we advise you to reach out to your country’s customs and excise department for further information. 

 

Which countries can you ship to?

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty covering any issues related to improper materials used in our paintings or sculptures. Should any such issues arise during this period, we will take full responsibility for addressing and resolving them and the warranty certificate comes with piece
